Privacy policy

GTM Sales ("we") runs gtmsales.ai. This page explains what we collect and why. We collect as little as we can.
Searching the board
You can search without an account. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Your browser keeps your last location choice and whether you dismissed a notice. This stays on your device.
- Your country is read from your connection to choose a default view (Canada or the US). We don't store it.
- Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
- Product counts. We count clicks on Apply buttons and keep the text of AI searches, with no link to who made them, to see what's useful.
- Server logs from our hosting provider record requests for security and are kept for a short time.
AI search and the Claude connection
When you use AI search, the text you type is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to turn it into filters. Don't include personal details in it. Searches from Claude or other assistants through our MCP server are logged only as the tool used, the number of results and the time taken.
Email lists
If you join a list (for example the Pro list), we store your email, the list you joined, an optional career stage and when you signed up. We email you only about what you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe any time.

- Netlify (hosting)
- Supabase (database, hosted in the United States)
- Anthropic (AI search and reading job postings)
- An email provider, once we send email
We don't sell personal information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@gtmsales.ai. We'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
